Refund policy

Draft wording for the JUNBISH Lab practice store. JUNBISH confirms the final wording before launch.

Not the right fit? You can exchange or return any piece within 14 days of delivery, as long as it is unworn, unwashed and still has its tags.

Exchanges

Your first size or colour exchange on an order is free. We collect the piece and send the new one together, subject to stock.

Returns for a refund

We collect the piece from your address. The return delivery cost of PKR 200 is taken from your refund, unless the piece is faulty or not what you ordered.

Returning one half of a set? The set saving no longer applies, so PKR 299 is taken from the refund for that piece.

Faulty or wrong pieces

Tell us within 48 hours of delivery, with a photo. We replace or refund it and cover every delivery cost.

How to start

• Message us on WhatsApp at 0300 0000000 or email help@junbish.pk.
• Include your order number, the piece and the reason.
• We reply within one working day with a pickup time.

Refunds

Refunds are made within 7 working days of the return reaching us. Card, JazzCash and Easypaisa payments go back to the same account. Cash on delivery orders are refunded by bank transfer, or to a JazzCash or Easypaisa account you choose.
