Draft wording for the JUNBISH Lab practice store. JUNBISH confirms the final wording before launch.

This policy explains what JUNBISH collects when you shop with us, how we use it and the choices you have.

What we collect

• When you order: your name, phone number, email if you give one, delivery address and what you ordered.
• When you sign in: your email address and when you signed in.
• Your saved addresses: each address you order to is kept for your next checkout, until you remove it from your account.
• In your browser: your bag, your Find my fit answers (height, weight and any measurements you add) and your cookie choice, kept on your device; and, when you sign in, a sealed cookie that keeps you signed in for up to 30 days.

We never receive your card number or wallet PIN. Online payments happen on the payment provider’s page.

How we use it

• To deliver your order and send order updates by email and WhatsApp.
• To send your sign-in codes.
• To answer your questions and handle exchanges and returns.
• To prevent fraud.

We only send offers if you have said yes, and every offer message tells you how to stop them.

Who we share it with

• Our courier: your name, phone and address, to deliver your order.
• Our payment provider: the amount and the details you enter on their page.
• Shopify, the platform that runs our store, checkout, accounts and order emails.
• Our WhatsApp messaging provider: your phone number, to message you about your order.

We do not sell your information.

Cookies and analytics

We don’t use analytics or advertising cookies at the moment. If that changes, the site will ask you first.

How long we keep it

Order records are kept for as long as tax and accounting rules require. You can ask us to delete your account and anything we do not need to keep.
